How does Michello work?
Michello connects Japanese job candidates with overseas company recruiters through a swipe-based matching system. Candidates create profiles showcasing their skills and English proficiency, while companies post opportunities. Both sides can review profiles and connect when there's mutual interest.
Is Michello free to use?
We offer different plans for both candidates and companies. Please download the app to see current pricing and features available in your region.
What English level do I need?
English requirements vary by company and position. We support candidates at Native, Business, and Conversational levels. Companies specify their required English proficiency when posting opportunities.
How do I create a strong profile?
Include your English test scores (TOEIC, TOEFL, EIKEN), detailed career history, qualifications, and clear career objectives. Choose a professional profile photo and be specific about your salary expectations and preferred work location.
What happens after a match?
When both a candidate and company show mutual interest, you'll be able to exchange contact information and communicate directly to discuss the opportunity further.
How is my data protected?
