By accessing and using Michello, operated by Forest System Design, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Michello is a business matching platform that connects Japanese job candidates with overseas company recruiters. The service allows candidates to create profiles and connect with potential employers, and allows companies to post opportunities and review candidate profiles.

3. User Accounts

To use Michello, you must create an account as either a Candidate or a Company recruiter. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or distribute content from the platform without permission

5. Child Safety and Protection

Michello is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform:

• Is not intended for users under 18 years of age
• Prohibits any content related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Complies with Google Play's CSAE published standards
• Will immediately report any suspected illegal content to appropriate authorities
• Will permanently ban any users found to be engaging in or promoting child exploitation or abuse

If you encounter any content that violates these policies, please report it immediately through our support channels.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Michello. By posting content, you grant Michello a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service. The Michello platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Forest System Design and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Matching and Connections

Michello facilitates connections between candidates and companies but does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or content of users. All employment decisions and negotiations are between the candidate and company.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Michello is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of Michello after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
